VINIFICATION

Alcoholic fermentation at no more than 10-15°, for one week

AGEING 

steel vat for 6 months 

 

 

TASTING

The color is yellow pale  with aromas of lemon,   green apple and nectarine with  a hint of flint. The palate is light, vivid, with a lime and peach aromas with mineral salty finish given by the volcanic soil. A light wine with a elegant persistency
