Best Sommelier of Italy
Teacher at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. I have worked in some of the greatest Michelin star restaurants in England (The Fat Duck and Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons), France (L'Oustau de Baumanière, Les Gorges de Pennafort), Italy (Da Vittorio) and Switzerland (Le Chalet d'Adrien).
In 2018, I was elected best sommelier in Italy by the Italian professional sommellerie association (ASPI). In 2015, I joined EHL as head sommelier at Berceau des Sens until August 2019. During this period, I was responsable for the operational and pedagogical activities where I particularly trained the students in customer approach and food and wine pairing.
I was then promoted to teaching. Currently, I teach oenology. In my professional experience, I have developed extensive knowledge in oenology and restaurant management, which I enjoy sharing with my students.
